Ceramic's production by pressing method.

In a production by pressing human work is required quite only for the finishing, as this processing uses automatic machines, which reduce the waiting time to almost nothing.
This production is suitable for large amounts, where a standard quality of the pressed piece is required, as with plates, trays, bowls etc.
To obtain an object the clay is put between the two parts of the plaster mould. These will be closed by a hydraulic piston. When they get reopened the object will be detached by means of air passing through the pores of the plaster mould..
Now the object can be finished and baked.
